AI automation agency UK

Choosing who builds your AI automation matters more than the build.

Built Logic is an AI transformation partner for the UK built environment. We combine commercial understanding, development, systems expertise and training to take an opportunity from assessment through to practical use. This page covers how we work and how to judge any provider. If you want the workflow detail, read which construction workflows to automate and how.

How we work

The starting point depends on the business.

Some companies need training, others have a defined process to improve, and some need further investigation before deciding where to invest.

Where to start

Training, a defined project or further investigation.

A defined requirement can be scoped directly. A focused Feasibility Study is useful where the decision needs further evidence.

After delivery

Know what happens after delivery.

Ownership, access, licences, documentation and support are set out in the proposal and agreement. You should know how the system will be maintained and what a future handover would involve.

After go-live

We stay through the month the novelty wears off.

Training and embedding are part of the work. A system nobody uses in week eight has not paid back, whatever the demo looked like.

The engagement

Choose the work your priority needs.

You are never asked to commit to the whole thing on day one. The first engagement is scoped and priced on its own, with any material checks resolved before a proposal is confirmed.

Who we work with

Established UK built-environment companies, with no upper size limit.

Roughly £750k+ turnover is a guide rather than a rule. Trades, sole operators and small owner-operator businesses are not a fit.

Contracting

Main and principal contractors, M&E, civils, fit-out.

Businesses carrying delivery risk, where admin drag shows up in margin and in the hours senior people lose.

Consultancy

Engineering, surveying and design practices.

Fee-earning businesses where the constraint is chargeable time rather than materials or plant.

Assets

Housebuilders, developers, property and FM.

Businesses running long-lived assets and portfolios, where compliance evidence and reporting carry a steady admin cost.

FAQs

Common questions about choosing an AI automation partner.

Is Built Logic an AI automation agency?

Built Logic is an AI transformation partner for the UK built environment. We combine commercial understanding, development, systems expertise and training to take an opportunity from assessment through to practical use. The starting point depends on the business. Some companies need training, others have a defined process to improve, and some need further investigation before deciding where to invest.

How does an engagement start?

With a 60-minute Strategy Call to discuss your priority and the suitable first engagement. Training and clear implementation needs can be scoped directly. Where investigation is needed, the Feasibility Study is available. The scope, fee and information required are agreed before work starts.

Which sectors does Built Logic work with?

Established UK built-environment companies: main and principal contractors, M&E and building services, civil engineering and infrastructure, fit-out and refurbishment, housebuilders and developers, engineering and surveying consultancies, property and facilities management.

How should we judge an AI automation provider?

Ask what they would refuse to automate, how the payback is measured from your own records, whose accounts the system is built on, who owns the outputs, and what happens in month three. A provider who answers only the build question is selling a build.

Who owns the systems you build?

Ownership, access, licences, documentation and support are set out in the proposal and agreement. You should know how the system will be maintained and what a future handover would involve.

What happens to our information?

The information, tools and access needed are agreed for the work in question. That includes your confidentiality requirements, permitted uses and who needs to approve the approach. You do not need to share confidential files or provide system access for an initial conversation.
