Yes. You can use the findings to brief your own team or another provider. The report sets out the priorities, commercial assessment, delivery requirements and recommended next actions, including any further design or testing needed.
No. Training and a clearly defined custom build can be scoped directly. A study is useful when priorities, value or implementation requirements need further investigation.
No. It's for established construction and built-environment companies: contractors, housebuilders and developers, M&E and civils firms, property and facilities businesses, and fee-earning consultancies such as building surveyors, engineers, project managers and cost consultants. The test is whether enough work flows through the business for AI to pay back, not headcount. Larger companies usually start with one business unit; company-wide studies are scoped to the size of the business.
